Lucia Emilie Arndal has previously worked at Danmarks Nationalbank. In her work at Danmarks Nationalbank, Lucia has gained expertise in the areas of economics, public affairs, and communication. Prior to her position at Danmarks Nationalbank, Lucia worked as a student assistant at Gorrissen Federspiel.

Lucia holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science at the University of Copenhagen and completed the Erasmus Programme at the faculty of Political, Economic and Social Sciences at Università degli Studi di Milan. In addition, Lucia has attended the Aspiring Female Leadership Program 2022 at McKinsey & Company and has been part of the student organization Female Leadership Academy at Copenhagen Business School. She has also worked as a freelance journalist at a local newspaper.
