Jonas H. Karpantschof is Associate Director at Szpirt & Company, where he advises companies and organisations on political advocacy, public policy strategy, and regulatory engagement.

Prior to this, Jonas served as Head of External Relations at RWE Renewables Denmark, one of Europe's largest  energy companies, where he was responsible for public affairs, communication and stakeholder engagement. Before that, he was at Green Power Denmark, where he led policy development for Power-to-X. Before joining the energy sector, he held national and international policy roles in NGOs, engaging with multilateral institutions including the UN, EU and the OSCE as well as U.S. institutions and organisations on transatlantic policy issues. From 2008-2010, he lived in Brussels, where he served as President of the European Union of Jewish Students.

Jonas holds an MA in European Studies from Lund University, with a focus on international and transatlantic relations.
