Joachim Rubow is a senior executive with more than 25 years of experience in strategic communication, marketing, and brand development across leading Nordic and international organisations.

Joachim most recently served as Senior Vice President at Tryg, Scandinavia’s largest general insurer, where he led Group Communication, Marketing, ESG, Sustainability, and Customer Insight for nearly a decade.

He has previously held top leadership roles including CEO of Carat Denmark and Chief Marketing Officer at the Danish Broadcasting Corporation (DR), as well as a senior position at Danske Bank. Earlier in his career, he built his strategic foundation within the global DDB network, working with some of the largest brands in the Nordic region.
