01 / The challenge01

Why this mattered.

The client, a leading international pharmaceutical company, was looking to strengthen its position in the Danish market and improve access to its treatments. The Danish healthcare market involves a complex network of public and private stakeholders, making market access dependent on understanding both regulatory and commercial conditions. At the same time, private health insurance represented an opportunity to broaden access by including pharmaceutical treatments and solutions in relevant healthcare packages.

The objective

Support market access and strengthen the company’s position in the Danish healthcare market.
